Our new premium and luxurious jersey hijabs are a must have for any hijabi to have in her wardrobe. They will leave you feeling comfortable whilst also looking beautiful and elegant. Available in a range of colours, this breathable and stretchy hijab is extremely versatile and will be perfect to dress up or down. Offering premium, 4 way stretch opaque fabric, it can be worn without pins or an undercap providing simplicity, modesty and a worry free wear through all seasons!

 Do you provide FREE shipping?

We currently offer free shipping within the UK on orders of £30 and over. However, orders at £75+ to Europe as well as all other International order over £150 will be entitled to free shipping. All other shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.


How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1-2 working days after which the estimated shipping time can vary between 2-3 days within the UK. For international orders, delivery to Europe is normally within 3-5 working days and the rest of the world within 5-10 working days.


How can I track my order?

Tracking numbers will be emailed to you when your order has been dispatched. You can track your order using the Royal Mail Tracking service on their website.


Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of making an order provided that your order has not already been dispatched within this time. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to wait for it to be delivered before we can authorise a refund or exchange.


What’s your refund policy?

We are confident that you will love our products however, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can request a refund/exchange within 14 days of receiving your item. Please see our Returns policy for further details. You can email us at to request an exchange or refund.


I’ve received an incorrect or faulty item, what do I do?

We apologise that you have received a faulty or incorrect item. Please email us with your name and order number with details of the item you have received. We can either provide you with an exchange for the correct item or cancel your order and refund you.


How long do I have to return items?

Our Returns Policy gives you 14 days to email us to return or exchange an item bought from us. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please note, all items must be returned in the original packaging and they must be unworn, unwashed with any tags still attached.


How do I subscribe/unsubscribe to the newsletter?

Scroll to the bottom of our homepage and enter your email address within the Join Our Newsletter box. Our newsletters will keep you up to date with all our new arrivals, exclusive promotions and sales. To unsubscribe, simply click the UNSUBSCRIBE link at the bottom of your latest newsletter and you will no longer be on our mailing list.


Do you cover return costs?

No, we do not cover the costs of returning/exchanging items unless they are faulty or the wrong item has been sent. All returns are to be paid for by the customer. We cannot be held accountable for any returns/exchanges lost in transit therefore we advise that they are sent via tracked mail.


Will my order have customs charges?

Orders being sent outside of the EU may incur some customs charges for importing goods which will NOT be included in the shipping fee. Different countries have varying regulations regarding imports, therefore we strongly advise that you research the import regulations in your region before placing an order. We cannot cover these import charges for you.

Is it safe to enter my personal information and payment details on the site?

Absolutely, you can shop with confidence knowing your details will be completely safe. Our payment gateway is SSL encrypted and will protect all sensitive data transmitting from the browser to the web server.


When are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and where possible on a Saturday.  If an order is placed before 11am (UK time) on these days, we will aim to ship out the same day.
How long does it take to process orders?
We aim to ship orders within 2 working days. However this may sometimes be longer due to other circumstances such as order volume and backorders. If for any reason we are not able to ship your order on time, we will notify you via email.
Where countries do you ship to? 
We ship domestically as well as internationally. However, there are some countries we are not able to ship to. These include Somalia and Kenya. If you have any questions regarding domestic shipments, or shipments going overseas, please email
What courier service do you use?
We ship orders using Royal Mail. We may also use other couriers at your request. Since we ship our orders via Royal Mail, our website will only allow you to choose that as a shipping option. However, you can email with your desired shipping method.
What are your shipping charges?
Shipping is charged based on weight and therefore the shipping quote you receive when you place your order will be the final shipping charge. All orders at £75+ to Europe will be entitled to FREE shipping. All other international orders at £150+ will also be entitled to FREE shipping. All UK orders over £30 are sent FREE of charge. 
How do I track an order that has been shipped? 
A tracking number will be sent with your confirmation email once your order is sent out. You can then use this number to track your order. Please email if there are any issues. 
Is local pick up an option? 
You can pick up your order or where possible have it dropped off, if located in Sheffield, UK. Please email as soon as possible so that we can advice you further and hold the order for pickup if required.
How long does shipping take? 
 UK – 1 - 3 Business Days
Europe – 3 - 5 Business Days
US/Rest of the world – 5 - 7 Business Days

Customs, Duties and Taxes for all orders shipped outside of the UK
Please be aware with international orders; customs fees, duties and taxes fees may apply. Please check with your local government/customs to see if any fees apply. These fees are not included in your order cost and are not handled by Sabaah’s Boutique. It is your responsibility to pay any fees that your government may require.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders and personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please contact us at if you wish to make an exchange. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please note, if an  item is returned and accepted for a refund or exchange, you will not be refunded your delivery costs but just the price paid by you for the item.
