How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1-2 working days after which the estimated shipping time can vary between 2-3 days within the UK. For international orders, delivery to Europe is normally within 3-5 working days and the rest of the world within 5-10 working days.
How can I track my order?
Tracking numbers will be emailed to you when your order has been dispatched. You can track your order using the Royal Mail Tracking service on their website.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of making an order provided that your order has not already been dispatched within this time. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to wait for it to be delivered before we can authorise a refund or exchange.
What’s your refund policy?
We are confident that you will love our products however, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can request a refund/exchange within 14 days of receiving your item. Please see our Returns policy for further details. You can email us at email@example.com to request an exchange or refund.
I’ve received an incorrect or faulty item, what do I do?
We apologise that you have received a faulty or incorrect item. Please email us with your name and order number with details of the item you have received. We can either provide you with an exchange for the correct item or cancel your order and refund you.
How long do I have to return items?
Our Returns Policy gives you 14 days to email us to return or exchange an item bought from us. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please note, all items must be returned in the original packaging and they must be unworn, unwashed with any tags still attached.
How do I subscribe/unsubscribe to the newsletter?
Scroll to the bottom of our homepage and enter your email address within the Join Our Newsletter box. Our newsletters will keep you up to date with all our new arrivals, exclusive promotions and sales. To unsubscribe, simply click the UNSUBSCRIBE link at the bottom of your latest newsletter and you will no longer be on our mailing list.
Do you cover return costs?
No, we do not cover the costs of returning/exchanging items unless they are faulty or the wrong item has been sent. All returns are to be paid for by the customer. We cannot be held accountable for any returns/exchanges lost in transit therefore we advise that they are sent via tracked mail.
Will my order have customs charges?
Orders being sent outside of the EU may incur some customs charges for importing goods which will NOT be included in the shipping fee. Different countries have varying regulations regarding imports, therefore we strongly advise that you research the import regulations in your region before placing an order. We cannot cover these import charges for you.
Is it safe to enter my personal information and payment details on the site?
