Shipping & Returns
When do you ship?
Orders are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and where possible on a Saturday. If an order is placed before 11am (UK time) on these days, we will aim to ship out the same day.
How long does it take to ship?
We aim to ship orders within 2 working days. However this may sometimes be longer due to other circumstances such as order volume and backorders. If for any reason we are not able to ship your order on time, we will notify you via email.
Where do you ship to?
We ship domestically as well as internationally. However, there are some countries we are not able to ship to. These include Somalia and Kenya. If you have any questions regarding domestic shipments, or shipments going overseas, please email email@example.com.
How do you ship?
We ship orders using Royal Mail. We may also use other couriers at your request. Since we ship our orders via Royal Mail, our website will only allow you to choose that as a shipping option. However, you can email with your desired shipping method.
What are your shipping charges?
Shipping is charged based on weight and therefore the shipping quote you receive when you place your order will be the final shipping charge. All international orders over £65 will be entitled to free shipping. All UK orders are sent free of charge.
How to track an order that has been shipped?
A tracking number will be sent with your confirmation email once your order is sent out. You can then use this tracking number to track your order. Please email if there are any issues.
Local pick up option?
You can pick up your order or where possible have it dropped off, if located in Manchester or Sheffield. Please email as soon as possible so that we can hold the order for pickup.
How long does shipping take?
UK – 1 - 3 Business Days
Europe – 3 - 5 Business Days
US/Rest of the world – 5 - 7 Business Days
Customs, Duties and Taxes for all orders shipped outside of the UK
Please be aware with international orders; customs fees, duties and taxes fees may
apply. Please check with your local government/customs to see if any fees apply. These
fees are not included in your order cost and are not handled by Sabaah’s Boutique. It is your responsibility
to pay any fees that your government may require.
If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. Our Returns Policy gives you 14 days to email us to return or exchange an item bought online. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange
Goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. That means your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. The item must be in the original packaging and returned with any accessories, labels and “free gifts” or bonus items.
To complete your refund or exchange
We require an order number and date of purchase. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund minus shipping cost will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 calendar days. Please note, the original shipping charge will be deducted from your refund unless the item is faulty.
Partial or non refunds
There are certain situations where only partial or no refunds are granted and these include
Any item not in its original condition, which is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; and
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 14 calendar days of its approval, we advice to first check your bank account. There is often some processing time before a refund is credited. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at so we can look into this further.
To return your product
Please email with your order number, your details and reason for returning. We will then send you our return address following the refund/returns request. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is faulty. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Right to cancel
In addition to our Returns Policy, if you are a customer in the European Union you have the right to cancel your contract with us and receive a refund within 14 calendar days from the day after the date you received your order. To exercise your right to cancel the contract you must request a refund via email within 14 calendar days of receipt of the items. You will be responsible for the cost of returning a cancelled order to us.
